"I promise and swear that the information I will provide is true to the best of my knowledge. I further swear that I am currently a Master Mason in good standing in a regularly constituted lodge of Freemasons recognized by the Grand Lodge of South Carolina.
Furthermore, I am applying for membership in the Widows Sons Low Country Chapter of my own free will and accord."
"I understand and fully accept that my membership may be suspended at any time should any of the information I have submitted proves to be untruthful or should I violate any of the Bylaws of this Chapter. The decision of the President of the Chapter shall be binding."
"I pledge that I will support my fellow Widows Sons Masonic Riders Association members of South Carolina, regardless of race, creed, color or national origin, and will never knowingly bring reproach upon a fellow member of the Association."
"I pledge that I will conduct myself, when wearing any Widows Sons Masonic Riders Association of South Carolina patch, insignia or logo, in a legal, dignified and respectful manner of a Mason, in compliance with the by-laws of the Widows Sons of South Carolina, Grand Chapter, and in compliance with the by-laws of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Ancient Free Masons of the State of South Carolina and the blue lodge in which I am a member."
"Upon accepting an elected or appointed office I pledge to rule and guide the association or chapter with the due and equal regularity in the best interest of Widows Sons Masonic Riders Association of South Carolina and the base all decisions for the betterment or improvement of the Widows Sons Masonic Riders Association of South Carolina"
